Litho 303 – Franklin Square

Emerald City Window Cleaning was proud to complete the post-construction window cleaning for the newly built Litho 303 in Franklin Square. This three-story building features approximately 255 windows, all of which required detailed cleaning to remove construction debris and prepare the property for its grand opening.

Our team used a combination of traditional window cleaning methods from a boom lift and purified-water-fed pole systems to safely and efficiently restore clarity to every pane. The result — spotless, streak-free glass ready to welcome new tenants and make a strong first impression.
