A loud shout-out to team lead Mariana, and assistant Aliyah for window cleaning. Minuses: a couple of sills and tracks were missed during cleaning, easy enough to overlook. Recommend a walk-through after service to ensure nothing missed. ECWC offered to return to finish up those couple of areas.

Emerald City always does our windows and does a fantastic job! They are professional and polite and respect our home. This year we had them clean the outside of our gutters and soffits and it came out great. Reasonably priced too! We also aways use them for a small Christmas light display on our gutters with the same level of satisfaction. Highly recommend them!!

We had put off window cleaning far too long and we cannot say enough the quality of cleaning performed by Emerald City. Our cleaning technician (Mariana) was just a blessing and did a superlative job in getting every window and door (3 floors!) pristinely clean. Worth every penny!

This was my second time using Emerald City to clean my windows. I had the exterior of my house sprayed for bee and ant prevention and they made a big mess of my windows with their sprayer. Emerald City was responsive, professional, organized and friendly. I was able to get an appointment within a week of calling. They sent me a confirmation reminder via email ahead of my visit and the tech called me when he was on his way to let me know what time he would arrive. Residential Christmas lights - This is the second year we have had the Christmas lights installed on our house. The workers are friendly and very conscientious in installing and taking down the lights. They are on time with their appointments. This is our third year using Emerald City’s services. We were able to get on their schedule promptly and they showed up on the appointed day promptly and got to work right away. Because the scheduled day was cloudy when the sun came out the next day we noticed some streaks we had not seen. We called EC and they came back within 48 hours to make things right. No arguments or hesitation. We’ve recommended them to some of our neighbors and we would certainly do so again.

What a great job! They cleaned my screens too and when I drove up I could not see the screens. The windows and sills looked brand new. The price was over half what I was expecting! It would take me at least 2 days to do the job and it would not have been close to their quality.

We live on Lake Ontario on the water and we contracted with them for a full house siding wash, interior and exterior window cleaning and window track. detailing. Tony and Matthew the technicians were professional, friendly and extremely hard-working. The siding looks amazing and our windows are absolutely beautiful as we look out on the lake. We plan to use them annually.

Emerald City did a great job on my windows. It was a but more challenging for them because of the age of the windows(circa 1975). They came out great and are also doing screen repairs right in their shop!

Excellent Company, Great Communication, Superb Job! I rarely review companies. They have to be exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. I've also never ordered a service entirely on-line. I'm astounded at how well it went. After going to their web site and seeing that I could get a quote on line I gave it a shot. Got a quote instantly. I called to follow up with questions and adjustments to my answers. They adjusted my quote right away and it showed up on line. They also sent it via email as I requested. They were able to schedule the work a week earlier than I asked for. I signed the revised contract on their site, as it was very detailed and clear about what they could and COULDN'T do.They kept me up to date with everything, (questions answered, timing), via email or phone. It wasn't obnoxious or over-the-top and had a clear way to opt out if I felt it was annoying. The person that came, Tony, was extremely personable, thorough, and fast! He walked through b4 starting and took no issue with the 2 windows I decided were too damaged to clean. Then he offered to do 2 others in our finished basement instead. They were not in the contract. When he was done I went over the entire job and he pleasantly touched up any areas I questioned. He even went out and did a window again that he wasn't satisfied with. We had approx 30 windows on 3 floors done. Inside and out w/screens. Note; they looked even better hours later after wayward droplets dried. As he promised there were no spots or streaks anywhere! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EMERALD AND TONY. I WILL CALL THEM AGAIN FOR SURE. PS; Yes, they asked for a review (not knowing what it would be) but they didn't haunt me by asking over and over and over again. I hate that.

It was a difficult older home and windows were very fragile and idiosyncratic. We were worried they couldn’t be washed without damage. The Crew, Austin/Justin/Bennet were courteous, professional, very working and very thorough. Their work was excellent and done with pride in what they were doing. If asked to correct anything minor, they took care of it w/o a hint of attitude other than a pleasant one and with a smile. I did the “full service” including gutter cleaning and full detailing of sills and tracks. I understand why Emerald charges a bit more than others after they worked at my house. As it is nearly always true, you get what you pay for. I’ll be using them at another property in the next couple of weeks.

In combination, they are a challenge to clean and at our ages (70s) we can’t do it anymore The crew from Emerald was efficient, effective, personable, professional and very hard working. Purchased a house last summer that had been quite neglected for a few years with green mossy-like growth on they vinyl siding, especially on the North side of the home. Our two techs did such a great job not only getting those stains out but also cleans all of the overhangs, soffits, etc and has given our home a brand new look. We are thrilled with the result. The only gripe I would mention would be for the techs to wash down the windows one or two more times after final application as all of our windows now have residue on them. Many of these windows we had just cleaned only 1/2 weeks prior getting this job done. That said, the techs and this company did exactly what they promised to do. Thank you, Emerald City!

We’re in our 70’s. Our sliders need to be lifted out of the frames, washed on both sides and replaced. Too heavy, too awkward for us. But Austin and Justin had no trouble. They called ahead, used drop cloths, were professional and fast. We’ll use them again.

Scheduled our exterior house washing and within 3 weeks they came and did a great job. Also power washed our stone wall near our pool and we are now ready to get the yard prepared for spring.

The gentleman from Emerald City arrived on time. He spent quit a long time cleaning out the gutters and making sure the downspouts ran smoothly and completely. The Emerald City man( I'm sorry - I didn't get his name) was cheerful and polite and took time to thoroughly answer my husband's questions about our gutters. I would recommend Emerald City highly to anyone interested in gutter cleaning.
